Ko Man Wichai

Koh Man Wichai is another "distant" island in relation to Pattaya, which is under the control of the Royal Thai Navy. It is uninhabited for most of the year, but it has several beautiful beaches where it is convenient to conduct basic diving training. However, a special permit is required for diving in its waters.

The northern part of Koh Man Wichai is not very interesting for divers, as the depths there are small, and the bottom is sandy. But the southern part, destroyed by waves and winds, offers interesting places for diving. For about half a kilometer, you can see vertical stone walls extending to a depth of up to 11 meters. Further under the water, the rocks resemble huge fingers, which reach a depth of 25 meters.

These rocks are covered with a variety of corals, hard and soft. In this place, you can also meet many other marine life: tropical fish, rays and turtles. Visibility under water is usually 10-12 meters.
